What is your refund policy?
This is actually a great and important question, we have a full 24-hour refund policy. So if at any point within that 24-hour range you decide you no longer want your service, request a cancellation and you will receive a 100% refund. Keep in mind, that after that 24-hours we will no longer issue a refund.
What development frameworks will work with my server?
Out of the box, you can build your bot in discord.js, if you require another framework or language please contact support after purchasing. Please note: by default our daemon is looking for an index.js file to start the bot.
How long does it take for my service to become active?
Our servers already are configured and are ready to be deployed immediately after your purchase. That means your server will be automatically deployed and setup, you will receive emails keeping you up-to-date on the status of the order.
