What is your refund policy?
This is actually a great and important question, we have a full 24-hour refund policy. So if at any point within that 24-hour range you decide you no longer want your service, request a cancellation and you will receive a 100% refund. Keep in mind, that after that 24-hours we will no longer issue a refund.
Can I have a game you already host installed?
No, we will not install any game on your server that we already host. We have pre-built packages for those.
How long does it take for my service to become active?
Our servers already are configured and are ready to be deployed immediately after your purchase. That means your server will be automatically deployed and setup, you will receive emails keeping you up-to-date on the status of the order.
What server specifications should I get?
This depends on the game you want us to install. We recommend doing some research before configuring your server on what the desired game requires for server resources.
